Orthorexia

HNNの復旧が長い事かかるようなので、ぼちぼちここに気になった記事などためたりしてゆきます。

出張途中の汽車で拾った（汗）雑誌なんだけど

Harper's BAZAAR　５月号　２００８年
の１７８ページに、

EAT NO EVILという見出しの記事がありまして、そこにOrthorexiaという病気が紹介されてました。摂食障害の一つですが、健康に悪い物を食べたくないことにとらわれ過ぎ、体重が落ちてゆき死にいたるそうです。

というか、要するに、健康な物しか食べたくない→死

拒食症とちがうところは、体重を気にしていないことらしい。

ここまでくると何がなんだか…
